How a claim actually moves

1. The plant is already watched. Austra Cloud holds serials, firmware and the commissioning record. You do not start from a paper folder.
2. Open a ticket from App or Cloud. Homeowners use Austra App; operators use Cloud. The same site file opens for support.
3. Local service closes it. We diagnose remotely first. If a part must move, the warranty file already knows which revision sits on the roof.
